Mountain Mesh™ is an innovative all steel
FIRE PROOF gutter mesh system that prevents leaves
and debris entering gutters. The mesh fits from the
top outside
edge of the gutter, across the gutter section and is
then attached to the roof surface. This creates a platform
that
suspends leaves and debris above the roof gutter, allowing
the majority of flammable material build-up to be blown
away by wind.
The Leaf Eater® is the ultimate high performance
rain head for use in heavy rainfall areas. Not only does
it protect the home by preventing gutters from blocking
and flooding of eaves, the Leaf Eater® also improves
water quality and reduces tank maintenance.
The Leaf Beater® works like the Leaf Eater® and
is more compact making it ideal for use with under eaves
tanks. It features an integrated flow directional gutter
outlet which directs the flow of water from the gutters
onto an adjustable elliptical primary screen of 6mm aperture.
This screen is virtually vertical enabling the action
of the water to wash the screen and minimise maintenance.
The Leaf Catcha® is a versatile leaf and debris
catcher with two horizontal internal screens. One is
6mm and the other stainless steel screen is 0.955mm to
keep mosquitoes out. The Leaf Catcha® is ideal for
low rainfall, low leaf areas and is available in popular
colours.
Fitting an appropriate sized First Flush Water Diverter
is critical to achieve good quality water. Water Diverters
improve water quality and reduce tank maintenance by
preventing the first flush of water, which may contain
contaminants from the roof, from entering the tank. When
it rains, water slowly builds up in the roof guttering
system before it exits through the downpipe. The first
flush of water from the roof can contain amounts of bacteria
from decomposed insects. skinks, bird and animal droppings
and concentrated tannic acid. It may also contain sediments,
water borne heavy metals and chemical residues, all of
which are undesirable elements to have in a water storage
system.
Easily converted to block off the downpipe, Fire Plugs™ allow
roof gutters to be filled with water when bushfires threaten.
They can also be used throughout the year to redirect
rainwater to the swimming pool, pond or garden.
Gate Valves fit at the downpipe and allow the downpipe
to be shut off.
